Fall 2025 — Laying the Foundation

  • We begin updating our technology, curriculum, and student support systems.
  • Faculty and staff collaborate to design flexible, high-quality learning experiences.
  • Accreditation and approval processes begin.

Winter 2025–2026 — Building the Student & Faculty Experience

  • Faculty receive training in the new low-residency model.
  • Student support, advising, and community-building planning are strengthened.
  • Early prototypes of online learning spaces are tested.

Spring 2026 — Finalizing Requirements

  • Accreditation materials are submitted.
  • Technology and approval processes conclude.
  • Courses and program components are prepared for launch.

Summer 2026 — Preparing for Launch

  • Course shells, advising materials, residency plans, and student onboarding tools are completed.
  • Faculty finalize courses and learning resources.

Fall 2026 — New Low-Residency Programs Begin

  • Our low-residency MA and MDiv programs officially launch.
  • Students begin learning in a model that integrates online study with meaningful in-person residency experiences.

Throughout This Entire Process

  • All currently enrolled onsite students are supported to complete their degrees through personalized advising and teach-out plans.
